Simple clothing design + somewhat intricate character design = wtf

Full Name: Eileen Tobias Morgan
Name Origin: English
Parents: Her father was a viking, and her mother was an english woman captured by her father, raeped, yanno, that.
Age: 29
Height/weight/build: 5'9" / 145lbs [I don't know the metric conversion for that, sorry ] / Slender and slightly athletic
Physical abilities: Talented with acrobatics [ie: backflips, front flips, cartwheels, use your imagination.], and is a much more skilled fighter when she is drunk than when she is not, for when she is drunk, she is more loose and limber and somehow, it helps her concentrate on the situation better. [heavy amounts of Sake, not included in action figure package. Think of the kids.]
Physical status/ailments: For the most part, Tobias is quite healty despite the fact that she smoke a pipe quite often. The only thing that impairs her abilities is the lack of her right eye. When she was younger and less skilled, she got into a bitching fight with a wolf. Not a smart idea. Her right eyes was completely clawed out, and she hasn't removed the bandage very often since, other than for cleaning herself and maintenence reasons.
Attire: Wears an old earth-tone kimono at all times. When she isn't fighting, The kimono is all the way on, aside from the fact that she keeps her left arm in the bust of the kimono, rather than the sleeve. [Much like Auron from FFX. an example image is here: [link] I'm sure you can tell which one she is ;D ] When fighting, she let's the top half of the kimono hang around the sash for better freedon of arm movement, which is useful when fighting with a staff.
Weapon: Herself and her staff. Her staff looks so strange because she carved it that way [which took a long time to do, because the wood of the particular branch was petrified]. The appearance is meant to resemble several mouths for two reasons: The strage shape of it with all the varying depths and thicknesses of certain parts of the wood hurt more when you hit people than just a nomal old branch, and it creeps people out.
HISTORY:
Having been raised only to the age of three in the Nortic lands in a tribe of Vikings, Tobias was much too scrawny to do anything useful for the clan she lived with. She was a small weak child, and they despised her for it. So, on a raid of Japan, they brought her with them, and 'conveniently forgot her there' when they left. two days after wandering around alone and crying like a little girl would, Tobias was found by the Gokiburi-Gumi [see =Endling's SDA sheet]. For several hours, they argued over what they should do with her, and in her fear of them, she clung to the closest one that wasn't arguing, but instead futtering with his pipe trying to get the resin out: Rex. Not knowing what to do, but also not wanting to be around the yelling men, she stayed there. Somehow, eventually they agreed she could stay with them and they would teach her their trade [if you'd like to call it that. Hell, if you'd even like to call it agreeing.] After that day, she followed Rex around until she was 12, no matter how much it aggrivated him. After that, she stuck to herself for the most part, associating on good terms with all of the clan and earning her name as a rightful member. [Laugh hard, Drink hard, Look good with your shirt off ;D] Once ree had become the Oyabun of the clan, Tobias remembered herself when she was of the same age, and for some reason god only knows, became quite protective of her, but in a faraway manner. She wouldn't stand over her all the time beating off anyone who touched her, but she kept her good eye on her at all times, and if anyone insulted her, she'd do her best to be first in line of the clan to give a good ass-kicking [which doesn't work most of the time, because most of the clan is made of people twice her size in muscle mass.] As of the current point in time, she oges where the clan goes, fighting with them, drinking with them, smoking with them, even womanizing with them. [growing up in a clan of men like the Gokiburi-Gumi would make you waver back and fourth on your decided sexuality. Unfortunately, when Tobias joins the catcalls, the women get even more creeped out XD]
Motivation: Will protect ree and other members of the clan at any cost.
Alignment: Abberant [basically evil with a code of honour]
Personality: Snarky, Crass, Gruff, and usualy smack-happy. She always has some sort of grin on her face, aside from rare occasions we won't go into.
